Cancellation policy

At Drift Hair and Beauty we understand that sometimes schedules change and adjustments are necessary. To ensure that we can accommodate all our clients and maintain a high level of service, we kindly ask that you adhere to our cancellation policy: 

Notice Period: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client. 

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50%. This fee will be charged to the card on file or added to your next appointment. 

No-Shows: Please note when booking an appointment that this time is set aside exclusively for you. Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full cost of the missed service. Repeated no-shows may result in the requirement of a deposit for future bookings. 

Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule or adjust the service to fit the remaining time. Please call us if you anticipate being late. 

Emergency Cancellations: We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you. 

Booking Confirmation: All appointments will be confirmed via email, or text message. Please ensure your contact details are up to date. 

Deposits: For certain services or peak times, we may require a deposit to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied to your service, or retained in the event of a late cancellation or no-show. 

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Our goal is to provide the best possible service to all our clients, and your adherence to this policy helps us achieve that.
